• COOLaunty offers a 3 months warranty (after receiving the products) covering clear defects in material and workmanship and a one-time replacement will only be issued if there are clear defects in material and workmanship.  Any promotional sale cannot be refunded due to the reduced price or free items.
  • 6 months warranty is available only for Vivianne frames. Note: Our warranty doesn’t cover damage and/or return requests caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care.
  • If there are any issues, such as dislike, size issue, uncomfortable prescription, please contact COOLaunty Customer Service Team within 7 days after receiving the products, otherwise, issues will not be accepted.  Please always check the correct size before making a purchase.
  • Postage for return/exchange shall be covered by the customer. The parcel for return shall be delivered to the following address: Casawood Cybersouth, No. 43, Jalan CW 1/2B 43800 Dengkil, Selangor.

  • Any items that have been purchased shall be sent to our customers. We cannot withhold your items longer than 2 weeks as we are not liable to any damage or accidents that may happen within our possession after said period.
